One of the best things about it is that it’s non-toxic and doesn’t contain any harsh chemicals. In fact, one of the main special ingredients is coconut oil.
It’s recommended that you use a good pair of gloves and old clothes when using the product, but many people report that they didn’t personally feel like they needed to once they got started.

How To Use Quick N Brite Fireplace Cleaner
Before you get started cleaning your fireplace with Quick N Brite, you’ll need to remove all of the fireplace ash.
It’s a good idea to give the area a good vacuum if you have a shop vac handy as well – that will be less you need to clean with a cloth.
After that, here’s what you do:
- Apply the gel to the brush that is included
- Rub the gel into your fireplace brick, stone, or tile
- Let it sit for a few minutes
- Spray with clean water to remove the gel and dirt
- Repeat the process if not completely clean
Heavily soiled fireplaces with years or generations of smokey build-up will take more work to clean than those fireplaces that are cleaned each year.
The dirtier the fireplace, the more elbow grease that will be required.
Remember, to avoid soot stains, it’s best to wear old clothes to avoid ruining something good.
