Highlighting the ECHO 750EVL:

A truly superior woodcutting tool with the quality features needed for professional performance.

  • Separate handle contoured for safe and stable operation
  • Diaphragm-type carburetor insures stable operation at any angle
  • Throttle safety lock prevents accidental rotation of the chain
  • Separate handle
  • Noise-damping muffler provides quiet, comfortable operation

Safety Features

  • The throttle safety lock lever must be depressed before the clutch will engage. This prevents accidental rotation of the chain.
  • The chain catcher protects against injury in the event of a broken chain.
  • Actuation of an optional chain brake stops the chain in the event of kick-back, reducing the possibility of injury.
  • Hands are protected by the front and rear hand guards.
(When the chain brake is attached, the lever works as a front hand guard.)
  • Check with your dealer for available models and attachments. Product availability varies between countries.

Vibe-less construction

Strategically located rubber mounts absorb nearly all engine and chain vibration — especially important to the professional user during prolonged periods of saw usage. Further safety and comfort is provided by rubber-cushioned handles.

Easy-to-service construction

Almost all powerhead elements are individually machined within extremely close tolerances, which contributes to improved serviceability and simplified parts replacement. Left and right sides of the crankcase are mated and machined as a unit to insure proper alignment.

Patented oil tank placement

ECHO saws are designed to avoid overheating, with the oil reserve tank separating the crankcase from the fuel tank. Air flow separators are used to further reduce heat transfer, thereby lowering fuel temperature and increasing oil viscosity.

High quality crankshaft and bearings

All bearing surfaces on the one-piece crankshaft and the connecting rod assembly are made of specially hardened nickel chromium molybdenum steel. Precision ball bearings are used on all vital moving parts.

Patented automatic chain oiler

ECHO’s automatic oiler adjusts the amount of oil fed to the guide bar relative to engine speed. The oiler mechanism, unlike many competitive oilers, is a simple plunger type with only two moving parts, resulting in easier maintenance and lower repair costs. An additional manual control supplements oil delivery as necessary (except CS-500VL).

CS-500VL

Compact, versatile saw for a variety of professional cutting jobs.

The most compact and lightweight ECHO professional chain saw. The carburetor is located on top of the powerhead to keep out saw-dust, dirt and snow. Grouped assembly design of parts and attachments makes it easy to disassemble and maintain.

CS-60S

One of the most rugged saws ever made. Almost impossible to wear out.

This versatile saw is a classic in engineering. Its chain saw design is setting the industry standard for long life and durability. Easy-starting, all-weather ignition system, perfect balance, a high-return investment.

CS-600VL

Large enough to handle almost any woodcutting application. Combines the ruggedness of the CS-60S with ECHO’s unique “vibe-less” system.

Grouped controls, anti-vibration features, and a wide band high torque engine make the CS-600VL one of the easiest-handling saws on the market. An ideal saw for rancher and farmer.

CS-702VL / CS-702EVL

A professional combination of high-speed cutting power, long service life and maintenance-free operation.

Features ECHO’s patented powerhead design which utilizes the oil tank and airflow separators to reduce heat transfer, lower fuel temperature and improve oil viscosity. The CS-702VL is built to last, even when used for very heavy cutting. The CS-702EVL has a capacitor discharge ignition system.

CS-750EVL

The professional choice for extended hard and heavy cutting.

The 750EVL features one of the highest power-to-weight ratios ever built into a chain saw. Reduced fuel consumption makes this power tool more economical than most large professional saws. High efficiency cooling substantially increases the power output of this saw relative to engine size. Capacitor discharge ignition system assures easy starting in all climates.

CS-1001VL

When you cut wood for a living, this is the saw for you.

The strongest of the ECHO line, the CS-1001VL is a very big saw for very big jobs. Yet it’s as easy to start, control and use as smaller models. With vibrationless handling, plus tremendous cutting power, the 1001VL is ECHO’s answer to the most difficult woodcutting challenges.
